Is Gwithian Beach dog friendly?

Dogs are welcome at Gwithian Beach. However, there are restrictions during the peak season. From 1st July to 31st August, between 10 am and 6 pm, dogs are not allowed on the beach. Outside of these dates and times, dogs are permitted without restriction. It’s advised to keep dogs on a lead around wildlife.

There is a large car park at Gwithian Beach managed by the National Trust. Parking is freefor National Trust members, while non-members will have to pay a fee. During peak seasons, the car park can get busy, so it is advisable to arrive early. There are additional smaller car parks within walking distance if the main car park is full.
